About College
Established in 2002, St Joseph Engineering College has reached on the level to compete with the top colleges in Karnataka in very short span of time. The college is offering quality education in different courses at UG, PG and Research levels. Started with very few students the college strength has now reached upto 2300. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum and is recognized by AICTE, New Delhi.
The College is well known for its co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. These activities provides a base to the students which develops their personality and skills.
Seven batches have passed out of the College since its inception in 2002. SJEC has recorded 98.27%, 94.32%, 94.59%, 93.23%, 98.08%, 96.98%, 95.43% passes. 348 students were placed through Campus placement.

Placements Have Been Good So Far. Most Of The Students Get Placed In Reputed Companies With A Good Package Of Salary. No Much Insight On Allumni Network But Yes It Is Accreditted By Aicte.
