About College
Sriram Engineering College was established in the year 1993 under Sriram Educational Trust. The college is approved by AICTE and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, with its programmes being accredited by NBA, New Delhi. The vision of the college is to develop into a multi disciplinary, technological centre of Excellence, providing an excellent environment to foster a spirit of academic fraternity. The college strives to develop and promote a group of engineers and technologists who will dedicatedly serve the emerging needs and demands of futuristic societies. The mission of the institute is to provide the best infrastructure deemed sufficient for building up a centre of excellence and assist the students in every possible way. Over the last two decades, the college has made great strides in achieving excellence in technical education by providing remarkable service and has produced more than 8 University Gold Medallists, several University Rank Holders and many successful professionals who are now placed at big firms across the globe.
