Sri Rama Engineering College was founded in the year 2008 by Sri Mannem Rami Reddy garu. The college is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Ananthapur and approved by AICTE. It offers Undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Engineering
- The campus is sprawling over an area of 35 acres
- It also offers Postgraduate course in Management
- The college also offers special coaching for GRE, TOFEL, IELTS and Civil Services
- Admission in the B.Tech courses is through Engineering, Agricultural Sciences and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) conducted by the Government of Andhra Pradesh
