- 550 CDs/ DVD's/ Floppies provided with books as learning materials and 240 Journals/Magazines CDs / DVDs.

- 50 Project Reports.
- 130 Bound Volumes of Journals.
- The library at present is subscribing to 60+ National and International Technical Journals & Magazines including IEEE & ACM Journals.

Scholarship:
Meritorious Scholarships by Management:
Management has been granting scholarships to the meritorious student who performs well in their academics. The amount granted for this scheme is of rupees 35,000/- each.
BE, MBA & M.Tech (SC, ST& OBC) Students Scholarship :
- Social Welfare Office Bangalore provides scholarship for SC, ST students whose annual income is below 2 lakhs.
- Department of Technical Education Bangalore provides scholarship for SC, ST (B.E) students whose annual income is above 2 lakhs.
- Department of Technical Education Bangalore provides scholarship for OBC students whose annual income is 11,000 & CAT-I students whose annual income is UNLIMITED.
MBA, M.Tech students Scholarship:
- BCM office Bangalore, Government of Karnataka provides scholarship for OBC students whose annual income is 11,000 & CAT-I students whose annual income is UNLIMITED.
- VTU, Belgaum provides scholarship for SC & ST Students whose annual income is above 2 lakhs.

Sjbit is one of the colleges that promotes both learning academics and extracurricular activities simultaneously while providing excellent facilities for both. The classrooms are quite big and the teaching is through both digital and board and chalk Overall a good choice for people who want both learning and other activities

Yes Sjbit is a good college ,and the infrastructure and the teaching staff is really Superb and all things are digitalized and u will be having elearninh classes !it is the top college

What the the placement ratings ?

Placements are not so good but the job opportunities are more in marketing and finance sectors. Companies like Common Floor,Shoppers stop came and few did get selected including me. But the job role didn't interest me much. In Marketing stream 8 out of 30 candidates were selected. They offered an annual package of 180000 However, placement rate is 70% for engineering students.
