Spintronic Technology and Advance Research Centre (STAR) was established in the year 2009 under the aegis of Trimurti Trust. The college is affiliated to Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Rourkela and approved by AICTE

- Industrial Training- The college provides industrial training to the students. Training on Personality Development, Group Discussion & Spoken English conducted by Neelachal Associates at college campus. Training on "Network Design & protocol Analysis" was conducted by Department of Computer science & engineering
