About College

Bhartiya College of Education Udhampur was established in 2003 under the aegis of Bhartiya Educational Trust. The College is recognized by the Government of J&K and affiliated to the University of Jammu. The College is imparts bachelor’s course in Education to the students of J&K in particular and several other states of India. The Management of the college lays special emphasis on personality traits of individual befitting best in the modern society.

Infrastructure:

Bhartiya College of education is located in the city of Udhampur at a distance of 65 kms from Jammu.It is housed in a multistoreyed building which comprises of 20 spacious classrooms, Audio-visual room; chamber of chairperson, principal’s chamber, office, computer lab, science lab. In addition to this the college provides excellent infrastructure like spacious library having 3000 books, reading room, multipurpose hall and big examination hall

Activities:

National service Scheme- The main aim of NSS is to bring awareness among the common masses regarding social and health problems

Library:

• The library has a collection of more than 5000 books including text books and reference books
• There are about 100 periodicals available in the college
