Mata Gujri College (MGC) situated at Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab is the result of dedication, vision and determination of Bibi Gurbachan Kaur Mann with the aim to promote higher education in the area. The college was taken over by S.G.P.C (Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee), Amritsar in 1964 and under the administrative control of it. The vision of the college is to strive, seek, find and not to yield. MGC’s mission is to provide educational opportunities with skills and knowledge to the rural youth that will them to become a social, technical and professional person in life. The objectives of MGC are to provide skills and knowledge to increase their employability and to make them achieve success in personal as well as social life.

The admission eligibility for Bachelor of Vocational studies (B.Voc) is Candidate must have at least cleared his or her 12th class with minimum 50% of marks in aggregate from Higher Senior secondary. All SC, ST candidate should have 5% of relaxation.
