About College
Podhigai College of Engineering and Technology (PCET), Tirupattur was established in 2009 is administered by Kamaraj Educational Trust with the aim of providing quality technical education to the rural youth.
- The College has been approved by All Indian Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai
- The College is located in serve and peaceful atmosphere make it an ideal place for healthy and fruitful pursuit of knowledge and skills by the students and faculty

Activities:
- National Service Scheme- The main aim is to develop competence required for group-living and sharing of responsibilities
- Fine Arts Club- This club is to promote amongst students the importance of activities
- Youth Red Cross- The main objective is to inculcate an awareness especially in relation to the care of their own health and that of others

- The library has the collection of more than 12000 book including all the branches
- It subscribes to 100 national and international periodicals
