What is the placement selection criteria of this college ?

Many times campus were arrived in our college. Many renowned companies came here But all companies have a criteria. If the student have not match the criteria then he was not placed. So that's is the big problem for getting a job placement. And I want to tell you because of criteria of the all campus recruitment company is through out 60%.
