New Horizon College of Engineering was established in the year 2001. The college is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Engineering & Technology and professional courses in Business and computers

• The college has the highest number of placements in the engineering sector in Asia for the last 7 years
• The college is a constituent of New Horizon Educational Institution which was established in 1970

Blood Donation Camp:

The college is in association with Lions club J P Nagar Bangalore, Sanjay Gandhi Accident & Research Institute and Bowring & Lady Curzon Hospital Bangalore have conducted a blood donation camp where 400 students of NHCE participated in the camp

Facilities:

• Library- NHCE has a well-equipped library with a collection of over 46300 books, 78 print journals, provides access to electronic resources, newspapers and business magazines, and 3746 multimedia resources
• Auditorium- The college has an auditorium with a seating capacity of 700 students

Festival:

Sargam- It is an Inter-Collegiate Cultural Fest organized by New Horizon Educational Institution
