Matsyodari Shikshan Sansatha's College of Engineering and Technology, Jalna is managed by Matsyodari Shikshan Sanstha, which is reputed name in Marathwada region in the field of education. The mission of the college is to impact high-tech education by carving competent engineers imbibed with the sprite of professionalism and responsible citizenship in a competitive global environment, especially in the rural vicinity. This was the first engineering college in the district, which has been started to help the economically weak students to make career in engineering fields at affordable fee.

Facilities:
Computer Lab- The CSE department has 400 systems with latest technology and higly configured. All terminals are connected with LAN and having internet facility.
Hostel- The girl hostel was established in 2007 and spread over 8100 sq. ft. in area. There are 70 beds available in 24 rooms.
Sports- The college has facility for indoor and outdoor games like kho-kho, volleyball, badminton, cricket, table tennis and carom etc.

Matsyodari Shikshan Sansthas College of Engineering and Technology are affiliated to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad & approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Hostel was good, everything was there except internet. Food quality was good. Each room there were two peoples. Our college had alumni cell, every month they used invite the ex students so they can guide the student who are about to enter the corporate world. They did guide us about the new technologies told us what to do and
