About College
Maheshtala College is one of the oldest educational institutions in Kolkata that is imparting quality education to the students through its innovative teaching methods and latest equipments. The College has been brought into existence to fulfill the noble aim of ‘education for all sections of the society’. It has struggled rigorously from its inception, through combined efforts of its founders and governing body, to take it to a higher academic level.

Why to Join Mahesh Teacher Training Institute?
1. Compulsory Computer Training:
The College intends to make it a computer literate centre by introducing Compulsory 1 year computer teaching program for its students.
2. Anti-Ragging and Women Grievance Cell:
The College has mandatory grievance cells to undertake any such disturbing issues and thereby take necessary disciplinary actions to suppress them.
3. Industrial partnership:
In order to provide industrial training to its students in the respective fields, the college has made alliance with many industries or factories in order to have practical experiences.
