Kumaraguru College of Technology (KCT), Coimbatore was established in 1984 under the auspices of Ramanandha Adigalar Foundation, a charitable educational trust of Sakthi Group. KCT has also been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) of the University Grants Commission (UGC). ISO 9001:2008 certification.

- The vision of the college is “To become a technical university of International Standards through continuous improvement”
