Kashi Institute of Technology was established in the year 2008 under sponsorship of Jain Education Society in order to provide challenging education that will create quality mind, body and spirit essential for rewarding life of Leadership. College offers 7 undergraduate and 4 postgraduate programmes. It is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. It is affiliated to UPTU, Lucknow and is recognized by Govt. of UP.

Facilities:
Auditorium: College has well equipped large auditorium for various extracurricular activities with a seating capacity of 1200 persons.
Lecture Halls: College has 12 lectures hall each having a seating capacity of 100 students. Lecture halls are made in stepwise so that faculty can been seen by each every student. Lecture hall is air conditioned and also have multimedia projectors.
Computer Center: College has computer center having 450 computers with wifi facilities. Now college is also preparing Laptop Computer center.

KIT are affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. Our seats are filled by counseling on the basis of ranking in UPSEE & JEE Main. For B.Tech admission 60% and above marks in 10th and 12th with (PCM) & candidate has to appear and qualify in a 30 minute test. (MCQ of PCM and aptitude) also M.Tech admission 60% and above in 10th, 12th and B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Physics). GATE Qualified candidate can take direct admission. For MBA Admission through UPSEE counseling
