About College

Hirasugar Institute of Technology was established in 1996 to provide quality technical education to the students in pursuit of technical education. The institute is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.

The college is spread in an sprawling 48+  acres of land surrounded by natural floral beauty. The infrastructure of the college attracts many students from the nearby region as well as from distant places. Facilities like modern classrooms & laboratories gives the college an added point.

Hostel :

The Institute provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with a capacity of 670 for boys and 270 for girls. Hostels are situated inside the campus. Security is provided in the hostel round the clock.
