With a mission to provide quality technical education for promoting the entrepreneurial culture in the North West region of India, the CT Educational Society was established in the year 1997 under the able guidance of a great missionary and visionary S. Charanjit Singh Channi, presently the Chairman of CT Group of Institutions Jalandhar.
This Society in a short period of time emerged as a CT Group of Institutions, presently successfully managing fifteen professional institutions in its two campuses (Maqsudan and Shahpur), spread over in 50 acres of sprawling green land with the strength of more than 7000 students.CTIMIT is one of the campus set up at Maqsudan, and a pioneer in todaysprofessional world.
The learning at CTIMIT comes through lectures, case studies, role plays, simulation excercises, audio-visual aids, etc. Apart from this, interactive sessions make up a significatnt portion of the curriculum. Students are taught about the application and implementation of the concept. There are v are Interpersonal skills and soft skills that are inculcated through various specially designed tools and techniques that includes training sessions, personality development classes, case studies, role plays, etc.

What is the admission criteria of this college courses ?
For Graduation courses - Candidate should be passed 10+2 with minimum 45% marks. For MBA Course - Graduation in any discipline from an institution in India or abroad whose degree is recognized by Association of Indian Universities or UGC with minimum 50% marks. The final selection is based on Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Applicants with CAT or MAT or XAT Scores will be exempted from the aptitude test.
