C. Abdul Hakeem College of Engineering & Technology (CAHCET), Vellore was established in 1998 under Melvisharam Muslim Educational Society (MMES). It is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. It is an ISO 9001:2008 certified institute and accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). The college is located at a distance of 100 kms from Anna International Airport, Chennai and at 4 kms from Arcot, the capital of Arcot Nawabs who ruled one-fourth of South India.

Auditorium

Hakeem Auditorium is spacious and acoustically designed with seating capacity of 2500 persons.

Seminar Hall

The institute has 03 seminar halls with a seating capacity of 300, 200 and 100 persons.

Computer Lab

All the computer labs are well equipped with latest tools and technologies.

Library

The library is housed in a spacious area of 544 sq. mtrs. and has a comprehensive collection of 6214 titles and 31825 volumes of books. It has 118 journals and 1923 audio-visual CD’s.

Hostel

The hostel facility is available for both boys and girls students separately.
