Admission criteria for 1) B.Tech - (10+2) or Equivalent with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Biotechnology, Language and any other subject with a minimum of 45% marks. 2) M.Tech - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field and obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in B.E. or B.Tech.
