Adithya Institute of Technology (AIT), Coimbatore was established in 2008 under Adithya Educational Trust. It is affiliated to Anna University, Coimbatore and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The vision of the institute is to create engineers and managers with necessary skills and values for their career and life. The mission of the institute is to transform students through a systematic teaching-learning process, providing skill development training, practical exposure and imparting values of life during their period of study. The college is located at Sathy Main Road in Kurumbapalayam SSKulam, Coimbatore. It is 12 km away from Coimbatore City and nine kilometres away from Coimbatore Civil Aerodrome
