About College
Adhiparasakthi Engineering College (APEC) was established in the year 1984 with blessings of the Founder President Holiness Arulthiru Bangaru Adigalar in order to meet the growing demands for engineers in the modern industries.
- The institution is governed by the Vice President of the ACMECT Thirumathi Lakshmi Bangaru Adigalar as chairperson.
- The institution is one of the prestigious educational institutions functioning under the Adhiparasakthi Charitable, Medical, Educational and Cultural Trust.
- The institution is approved by the Government of Tamilnadu and the All India Council for Technical Education.
- The Institution is affiliated to Anna University.
- The college completed its two decades recently and the college has been accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

NCC: NCC cadet camp was held at Adhiparasakthi Engineering College, Melmaruvathur from 20- 26-June-2014.
Facilities:
Library: The College Library has been shifted to a spacious New Central Library Block with an area of 4000sq.m recently. It is a two-storied Building. A Conference Hall, Reference Section, Audio-visual section, Language Lab, Digital Library are in the first floor Stack sections, Circulation Section, Informal Reading Section, Book Bank Section and binding Section are in the Ground Floor.
