Kamla Raja Girls PG College is one of the leading names when it comes to exclusive higher education for women in India. The college was founded in the year 1937 and successfully started post graduate courses in 1970. Housed in one of the beautiful palaces of the Scindia dynasty, the college attained autonomous status in 1995. College is in progress of Upgradation to Deemed University status under UGC Consideration. The college received the highest UGC Grants in the entire Gwalior-Chambal region throughout the course of the X and XI Five Year Plans.
