About College
Sardar Bhagwan Singh Post Graduate Institute of Biomedical Sciences & Research was established in 1994 by Founder Director Sardar Gurcharan Singh Ji. Institute is a one of the top-notch institutes of Bio Medical Science in Uttarakhand as well as Northern region. After two decades in 2018, Institute got the status of University as Sardar Bhagwan Singh University (Uttarakhand Act No. 12 of 2018) enacted by the Government of Uttarakhand). After excellence education in the field of Biomedical Science, university now providing opportunity in the field of Commerce, Management, Hotel Management, Engineering, Agricultural Sciences & Forestry, Basic Sciences and foreign languages.
SBS University spread over 25 acres of campus and providing excellence education in the field of Allied Health Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences and Agriculture Science.

The computer lab houses 90 modern desktop systems and internet facility for students to get them connected with the internet. Computer lab also provides ample space and facility for performing software-based Pharmacology experiments. |

fully air-conditioned library with a floor area of over 5000 sq. ft. functions with an "Open Access System" having rich collection of over 30,000 books. Besides, 23 selected current National and International Periodicals including Research Journals covering areas of Pharmacognosy, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Natural Products, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Environmental Sciences, Physiotherapy, Medical Sciences and other Allied Health Sciences are subscribed regularly. The library has an outstanding reading room with the seating capacity of more than 200 students |

Round the clock in – house medical facility is available to take care of emergency & other medical needs of the students. A Medical officer is present to attend the patients |

It separates cafeteria having seating capacity of around 200 students at a time, The cafeteria serves pure vegetarian Indian and Chinese food. Hygienically cooked and reasonably priced snacks are also served. |
