Entrance Exam & Admissions

Absolutely satisfied by the faculty and placements, along with the good infrastructure..

Placements & Internship

The entrance exam is Farley straight forward..

Fees & Scholarships

If you're 10th and 12th percentage is more than 90% then you get 100% scolarship or else if you score more than 80% than you get 50%. Fee submission is also straight forward. Not sure about loan.

Academics & Faculty

The faculty team is very good and have a complete knowledge but students have to force the faculty members for teaching. Classrooms have all arrangement of smart classrooms and they use powerpoint so that the student can understand easily. Overall, French faculty members are too good and they have an adequate knowledge.

College Infrastructure

The campus has a very big infrastructure and has a very good library with over 1-2 lakh books. The campus has Cafe Coffee Day and many more shopping outlets. The campus is highly air-conditioned.

Food Services & Hostel

Amity has a multi-mix of Food Courts with outlets like Café Coffee Day, Dosa Plaza, Subway, Domino's, Bikano, Mamma Mia and Mrs Kaur Cookies within the Campus.

Entrance Exam & Admissions

All graduates with 50% passing marks are eligible to apply for this course. but i would me much beneficial for people having a hospitality background. Online forms are to be filled and a simple entrance exam along with a round of personal interview is the total cycle of admission for this course

Placements & Internship

salary packages are average and organisations are still in a dilemma about what to do with a candidate having an MBA specialised in Hospitality

Fees & Scholarships

Fees from an aam aadmi point of view is quite high, as it is a pvt, institute. but there are only few colleges in India who provide this specialization

Academics & Faculty

the course is similar to a regular MBA with a little modification as per the specialization. the Faculty are knowledgeable and industry experts. they are very helpful and provide guidance whenever required.

College Infrastructure

one of the major plus points of a pvt. institute is infrastructure. the university has a modern library, all major sports facilities and various cultural and professional clubs. just one has to go take interest and join the club.

Food Services & Hostel

the hostel and cafeterias are maintained well and provide a variety of food options. Being a big campus it has around 4-5 cafeterias spread across the university. Only Drawback is that everything is Vegetarian.

Entrance Exam & Admissions

1. Amity held entrance exam which includes Essay writing and F2F interview with faculties.[Students with above 85% are directly selected] 2. Eligible cutoff is 70% in 12th board exams[Sometime it is too ignored]

Placements & Internship

1. Student has to look for the internship by themselves[Can ask for suggestion from placement cell] 2. Average packages offered 3.25LPA 3. Number of companies visited for campus placement mostly for IT department or Business development profile. 4. Amity offers number of paid courses/certification for development of our portfolio like Six-Sigma etc[Some courses are offered ].

Fees & Scholarships

1. Scholarships are given to students whose marks are above 88% or 89% for first year but in order to continue you need to be in top 10% of the batch. 2. Education loan is available.

Academics & Faculty

1. There are all types of faculty as every other college but yes if you are really looking to learn something you can ask for their support very easily. 2. 75% attendance is mandatory in order to sit for the exam. 3. Less practical knowledge but then again its all up to you how you use it.

College Infrastructure

1. Wi-Fi available all over the campus. 2. One of the best infrastructure available here. 3. Best library available at campus. 4. Well equipped lab available

Food Services & Hostel

1. Only Vegetarian food available though eggs are allowed. 2. Non-AC and AC both type of rooms are available. 3. Yes, cleaners comes almost in every 2 days[cleanliness in boys hostel :P] 4. Food is not included in hostel fees[Biggest drawback]

Entrance Exam & Admissions

below 70% fees would be higher. above 70% fees would be bit lower. current fee strusture can be seen on www.amity.edu no entrance was there when I approached for this course. They just take an interview regarding your subjects of 12th but that too is a formality. They will be surely giving you addmission

Placements & Internship

placement is bad. only if you score more than 6.5 cgpa you will be given job. above 6 cgpa will be able to sit in companies like hcl, wipro, etc but then also you will have to face huge competition cuz students of braches from jaipur, manesar will also be sitting for placements and seats are very low. if you have 7 above cgpa they will give you good vompanies. but here in amity scoring above 7 means you have to study hard, by study hard I mean you have to just learn the notes of lecturers by heart. Your self study and self knowledge is of no use.

Fees & Scholarships

can be checked on www.amity.edu loan can be taken from any bank ..education loan.

Academics & Faculty

faculty mostly has no in depth knowledge of subject. they teach you by the notes. they are really bad. no syllabus isnot upgraded. We are not met up with the corporate reauirements only exposure is the seminars where you get to know things out of the box. any sort of self knowledge will be given importance if you can make it to an honor for the university. practical.knowledge is not that good becUse faculty itself has no knowledge. labs are good but faculties are not

College Infrastructure

wifi is great. gym is good but expensive, sports skills are encouraged. cenntral library of amity is superb and very big labs are good but not best.

Food Services & Hostel

hostel is good but costly. you pay for hostel and then you pay for food spearately. so overall expense is very high for a middle class student food provided is very good rooms hostels are well furnished cleanliness and hygiene is very good

Entrance Exam & Admissions

Eligibility criteria is not strict an average percentiler can get admission easily. and interview involves basic questions related to physics, mathematics(integration and differentiation: basic knowledge)

Placements & Internship

They promise 100% placement but scenario is that basically only IT companies come for recruitment ,if you are an extraordinary student you can get placed off campus easily but on campus placement is mainly for IT companies they select students of every branch

Fees & Scholarships

if u have scored 85% and above you will get 50% scholarship and for those who have scored 90% get 100% scholarship, but student have to maintain a high score in college academics in order to get there respective scholarship. For an middle class family fees is pretty high

Academics & Faculty

faculties are highly qualified and supportive, classes are held regularly..labs are top class and provide good practical knowledge

College Infrastructure

Amity is known for its infrastructure, its facilities like gyms, swimming pool ,cricket grounds and what not..it has one of the largest library, with WiFi available all around the campus

Food Services & Hostel

food is normal, but who need canteen food when you have super market ,subway, dosa plaza ,ccd on campus
