Muzaffarnagar Medical College was established in 2006. The college is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut and recognised by Medical Council of India & Ministry of Health & Family Welfare Govt. of India. The college offers Bachelor, Master and Diploma courses in various specilities

• The college is formed under the aegis of Fateh Chand Charitable Trust 
• The campus is sprawling over the 42 acres of land and well equipped with all the equipments in laboratories, classrooms are air-conditioned and has latest modern teaching aids, College consist council room for seminars and counseling, college is also provided common room for boys and girls
