Amrita School of Medicine, Kochi was established in the year 2002. The campus of the Amrita School of Medicine is situated in Kochi, Kerala. The Amrita School of Medicine has accreditations such as NAAC, NABL, NABH, and ISO. The institute has a state of art 12 storied building with a floor area of about 120,000 sq. ft besides this there is an additional floor area of about 1,100,000 sq ft, the school offers with several post graduate and under graduate programs in the field of medicine to the students. Diploma, MCh /DM, etc., in addition to it also offers with a 5 1/2 year program in Medicine, which includes 1 year of internship for student, concluded is awarded with MBBS degree.
