Also popular as ASRAM, the Alluri Seetharama Raju Academy of Medical Sciences has been founded to meet the requirements of the medical education, standard quality patient care as well as clinical research. Situated in Eluru, the Academy has got its name from the renowned freedom fighter Alluri Sitaramaraju. Launched as a non-profit organization, the Academy is situated adjacent to the National Highway number 5. It boasts of air conditioned galleries for lecture with state-of-the-art teaching methods as well as 24 hours of internet access free of cost.

1. Unique Open Air Theatre- The open air theatre at the academy is an interesting premise set up in a vast area for running educational as well as recreational films.
