About College
Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy, Ahmednagar has its inception in the year 1981 with the aim to provide education the rural people in the Maharashtra region. The college was founded by the famous Pravara Rural Education Society by Late Padmashri Dr. Vikhe Patil and Padmabhushan Balasaheb Vikhe Patil. It gained Bachelor of Pharmacy1987 under University of Pune. In the year 2004 college started M. Pharm (Pharmacognosy) and in year 2008 M. Pharm in Pharmachemistry.

The candidate should have Indian National have Passed the 10+2 examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology. have Secured minimum 45% marks (40% for backward class and Physically Handicapped candidates from Maharashtra) in the Subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics,Biology. have Non zero score in MHT- CET
