Karnataka College of Pharmacy was founded with an objective to provide medical, Paramedical, Engineering, Arts & Science and Culture education to the students. The college was founded by a Trust known as Karnataka Education Trust (KET) which was itself founded in 2003. It took a very less time by the the college to develop its branches like Nursing, Management (M.B.A.), Science, Education (B.Ed & D.Ed) and Public School.
The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. Also all the courses are affiliated to All India Council for Technical Education, Pharmacy Council of India and Rajiv Ghandhi University of Health Science. The campus is placed just 12 Km from Bangalore city railway station.
Vision of the college is to be the leading academic centre for innovative interdisciplinary research and excellence in pharmacy education, patient care, service to the community in India. Also its Mission is to educate, train, and provide life-long learning opportunities for students and faculties.
