Om College of Engineering (OMCOE), Wardha was established in 2008 with an axiom of providing quality technical education in the central part of India. College plans to develop into a world class institution by transforming it into a centre of excellence in all diversified technical and professional disciplines.

• Vision of the college is “To provide dynamic, versatile and resourceful leader, who is struggling hard to accomplish the imaginings of every technical and professional educational contender in the expanse of global technology”
• Mission of the college is “To be providing higher education in the country that has a widespread inspiration to edify and inculcate in students aptitude to think, to analyze, to construe, and to conclude the essentials and suppose that the learning should be permeable and it should be conscience”
• The institution has been running under the management of Om Arunodaya Sikshan Sanstha

Solar power plant-1KWp Solar Hybrid Power Plant is installed by Om College of Engineering at Kumarappa Ashram (Now Sanjeevani Society), Sevagram; in collaboration with Reckon Inverters, Wardha.
