Central Institute of Technology, Kokrajhar, Assam has been established for the objective of nourishing the aspirations and growth of the North-East people through their cultural identity, language, and overall economic development of the region. CIT’s mission is to impart youths with requisite technological and vocational training to produce the required manpower and contribute to the economic growth of this area through integrating the students into the mainstream of education. CIT’s vision is to be a center of excellence in technical and vocational education, creating the best environment for education and knowledge with an ethos for Research & Development for the country as well as for the world.
