About College
Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA) was established in 1963.YASADA is the Administrative Training Institute of the Government of Maharashtra, and meets the training needs of government departments and rural and urban non-officials and stakeholders. Administrative Staff College was established in Mumbai and was relocated at pune in 1984 and renamed Maharashtra Institute of Development Administration (MIDA).In 1990, it was renamed as YASADA.
- Mission of the YASADA is “To enable equitable and sustainable development by promoting people centered good governance”
- The objective of YASHADA is to function as the nodal State-level training institute in the field of development administration
- Aim of the college is “To serve as the apex institute for the collection and dissemination of information regarding development administration”
