1. The college has set up a special Mass Com Lab cum Studio within its vicinity, for the benefit of the students – This is the only college in the region to offer such provision for the students. The Studio is gully furnished matching up to the standards that of a professional Mass Com studio. The studio has a post production section comprising of equipments needed for editing, recording as well as documenting. Apart from the audio visual equipments, the lab also contains provisions for print media .The entire layout has been designed finely along with keeping it air-conditioned as well as sound proof. Be it for students studying journalism, audio visual techniques or anything related, this college is just the right place.
2. One of the eminent part of college’s curriculum is the research forum – This is mainly to get the faculty going. In these sessions the faculty gets to share and present their paper presentation every fortnightly. The presentation is followed by critical analysis and group discussion sessions.
