The faculty of the institute are very experienced in the field of banking. Most of them have an experience of 15 years or more in the field. The teaching methodology includes case study, power point presentations, projects or assignments. The campus of the institute is very large and the hostels are within the campus only. Last year there were 11 Public Sector Banks who recruited students from NIBM and each student had an average offers.
