National Institute of Aeronautical Engineering was established in 1966 and is a part of the prestigious IIT Bombay. The institute offers undergraduate and graduate programs in aerospace engineering, and carries out research in several areas of aeronautical and aerospace sciences. It seeks to impart top class knowledge on the students which will foster creativity and growth of excellence. The institute was set up with the objective of providing the best possible educational facilities for training bright students for the careers in Aerospace Engineering. National Institute of Aeronautical Engineering aims to provide students with a creative atmosphere for higher studies and research and an opportunity to acquire a multi-disciplinary perspective to engineering problems. The institute runs academic programs for the degrees of Bachelor of Technology (B Tech), Master of Technology (M Tech), Dual Degree (B Tech and M Tech) and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph D) in the areas of Aerodynamics, Control and Guidance, Propulsion, Structures, and Systems Engineering.

What is the minimum eligibility criteria?
Candidate should have passed 12th class from any of the recognized board or an equivalent examination with physics chemistry mathematics and English. Candidate must have secured minimum 50% overall marks in 10+2 for degree courses and minimum 50% overall marks in class 10th for diploma courses.
