Jalpaiguri Law College which is situated in West Bengal is a pioneering Law College and since its inception in the year1981, it works with the objective of promoting and providing quality legal education in the North East region. It is the only law college in the district and is situated in the heart of Jalpaiguri. It is focused at producing competent graduates with overall personality to face the emerging challenges posed by ever changing national and international legal scenario. It also strives to spread legal literacy and legal aid to the poor and needy with a view to take justice to the doorsteps of common man.
