Biju Pattanaik College of Hotel Management Tourism and Social Work was started in 1998 with a humble objective to provide higher education in professional studies starting from a small computer academy. The college proved itself as a leading professional institution of the state in Hotel Management, Tourism, Social work and Journalism. It is the only institute of the state which provides vocational training courses for self employment under NCVT, Govt of India with 80 seats. The college offers Bachelors and Masters program in hotel management to the students. It is an ISO 9001:2001certified institution. BPCHMT emerges as a top class institution in Eastern India with its matchless capability to provide quality education in the field of Hospitality and Tourism studies at an affordable cost to fulfil the dream of the great leader Biju Babu.
