Stanley College of Engineering and Technology for Women was established in the year 2008 in Abids, Hyderabad.
- It is affiliated with Osmania University and Approved by AICTE.
- It was established With the support of the Methodist Church of India.
- It is the only women’s engineering college affiliated with Osmania University.
- College Offers 4 UG and 5 PG courses
- The college aims to make women empowered with a great mixture of practical knowledge and humanity.

CEA: The "Centre of Excellence in Animation" at Stanley has been established in July 2014 along with DQ Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. The Centre aims to organize various Certificate programs and train students with the objective of nurturing them in the field of animation and visual arts.
Hostel: Hostel can accommodate 100 students and has full wifi connectivity.
Computer Labs: Labs consist of 300 PCs with 250 LAN connections having a speed 25Mbps.

Festival:
- StanFest- It is the one-day national level student technical symposium.
Scholarships:
Students who belong to the categories of SC, ST and whose annual parental income is Rs. Two Lakhs or below and BC, EBC, Disabled welfare students whose parental income is Rs. One lakh or below are eligible for the scholarships.
