Ginni Devi Modi Girls College was started with the aim to educate the female section of the society so as to educate the whole country ultimately. The college came into existence with the thought process of the famous philanthropist and social worker Dr. K.N. Modi and Smt. Ginni Devi Modi after whom the college is named. The founders had the dream to educate the whole country and so the college came into being to impart higher education to the women section of the region. The college provides education in the subjects like home science that includes different streams of specialization. The faculty is highly qualified and is highly recognized in their field of subjects. They teach from every hook and nook of their heart and mind so as to nurture the mind of their students keeping apart caste or religion.
