About College
National Coir Research and Management Institute- [NCRMI], Thiruvanathapuram, Kerala, The National Coir Research and Management Institute were incepted to promote research and development in the area of coir technologies. There are also formulated and fabricated different projects in the same area. This aids in providing the institute with facilities for research as well. The institute aims to provide innovation and improvement in the same sector. The institute works with the basis of education, training, research and application. It envisions emerging as and excellence centre. There are also run a number of research projects to facilitate the students.

- High Tech Coir Park- The High Tech Coir Park is involved in the skill development of workers. These are executed various training programs for their benefits. The training provides the students with requisite aid to become independent and responsible.
- Coir Geotextile Development Programme- There is executed a number of pilot projects which are in association with the Government of Kerala.
