Overview Information
About College
Directorate of Rice Research (DRR), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad formerly All India Coordinated Rice Improvement Project (AICRIP), was established by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) in 1965. The Directorate continues its multi-location All India Coordinated Rice Improvement Programme (AICRIP) with active partnership of 47 funded cooperating centers affiliated to State Agricultural Universities (SAUs), State Department of Agriculture and other Research Institutes of ICAR. The mission of the institute is developing technologies to enhance rice productivity, resource and input use efficiency and profitability of rice cultivation without adversely affecting the environment.

The library has a collection of 4500 books and 5300 bound volumes of journals. It subscribes to 17 international and 100 national journals. It provide online access to several e-books and e-journals. |
