Universal College of Engineering and Research (UCOER) was established in 2010. Well qualified lecturers are appointed with experience of more than 8 to 10 years. The quality training is assured with latest infrastructure maintained at college site. The advance knowledge with adequate hands on will be given to students through the faculty. A well behaved office staff is appointed and no comprise on quality is ensured. College offers Both Degree and diploma courses

Well, given that the crowd of engineering colleges in Pune are ever increasing, one gets apprehensive about the colleges here. although the best part of studying at Universal is that you have the opportunity to learn in a non-inferential manner. Literally, cut-off from the real world sometimes. A students calibre is his only strength in this college, because if you have the right attitude you shall derive a lot.
