Yes, academy provides a wide platform for self employment initially. Students scoring high marks are directly engaged by IVA. Other students are kept on rolls for promotion on print media, ratio, T.V. & internet channels. It depends on personal skills and level of ambition of the student more. A special call in IVA works out round the year for ascertaining basic qualities of student, for their onward placement in the respective areas.
