About College
NIT- Uttarakhand is one of the foremost technology institutes located in Uttarakhand.
The institute is amongst the 10 new NIT’s, sanctioned in 2009 during the 11th Five Year plan of the govt.
- The Institute is fully financed by Govt. of India under the Ministry of Human Resource Development
- It was initiated with the mission to provide quality education along with producing brilliant technocrats
- NIT Uttarakhand is carrying out its activities from its temporary campus at Govt. Polytechnic Srinagar (Garhwal), Uttarakhand
- Flexible curriculum served by experienced & well-qualified faculty
- It has flexible course curriculum which is chosen by students as per their choice
- NIT facilitates great industrial exposure to its students in Robert Gordon University, Scotland during their 4-6 weeks internships
