Cluster Meeting on Intercultural Approaches- This College is hosting a Cluster Meeting with participating partners in Technical Universities in Berlin, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The workshop explores the problems and possibilities of intercultural learning in urban theory and research interests of the partners and collaborations. It takes under the larger theme of living systems, ideas of region, sustainability and housing systems.
Design Cell-The Design Cell is the research and consultancy division of this college which was started in 1995 with an intention to connect the theoretical and research agendas of the school with a practice and development of architecture in the city.
Sponsored Projects-This College has sponsored various projects and “Studying and Formulating Development Strategies for the Eastern Waterfronts (The Port-Land) of Mumbai” is one of them projects, which is done in collaboration with the Urban Design Research Institute for the first time under the guidance of K. Raheja Foundation.

What is the minimum eligibility to take admission?
All the students aspiring to take admission needs to have passed the HSC (std. XII) or equivalent examination minimum 50% aggregate marks (with Maths) or Diploma in Engineering under 10+3 Scheme of the State Board of Technical Examinations & overall admission process for private unaided colleges in Maharashtra is controlled by MASA (Maharashtra Association of Schools of Architecture) which is a Centralized Allotment Process (CAP).
