Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture for Women (BNCA), Pune was founded in 1994. It eas established  under the leadership of Mr. Avinash Wardekar and Principal Mr. Anurag Kashyap, with the donation of Rs. 90 lacs given by Late Mr. Mahendrabhai Nanavati.  Their core mission in establishing this college was about uplifting the social, spiritual, financial and educational conditions of women and making them self dependent and confident. This institute is a multidisciplinary center for learning architectural education. BNCA is offered with 5 year integrated graduate and 2 years post graduate programs in Architecture programs. It also offers diploma in computer aided interior design and Doctorate programs under the affiliation of the University of Pune. It is ISO 9001:2008 certified college. BNCA has a futuristic approach towards the architectural education.

It has 30,000 sq. ft of floor area on 4 floors. The college building has computer studios, library, 2 seminar hall, classrooms, big art studios and exhibition area, carpentry workshop and hobby workshop.

2. State of the art studios: BNCA is equipped with computer graphics studios having 360 advanced hi-tech computers with LAN and LCD projection systems. It also has central data archiving, audio and visual projection facilities and a center central control room.
