Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology was established in 2000 under Uttar Pradesh Agriculture University Act (revised) 1958. It is recognized by Uttar Pradesh Government. It is located at National Capital Region Meerut in Uttar Pradesh.
- The nearest airport is the Indira Gandhi international airport which is about 80 km away
- There are 2 main bus terminals, Bhainsali bus terminal and Sohrab Gate bus terminal from where Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation(UPSRTC) buses are available to the University

Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology has a big and green campus area. All labs are well equipped. Central library is been run by five permanent staff and one contractual staff. It is fully equipped with all the modern facilities. The classrooms and lecture halls in the college are fully air-conditioned and are sound proof. The classrooms and lecture halls in the college are equipped with all modern facilities. Placement cell is active and very good placement for students.

A National level institute worth getting. Has one of the beautiful campuses, very green! good infrastructure. decent classrooms. well, maintained hostels and mess. The classrooms/ lecture halls in the college are fully air-conditioned and are sound proof. The classrooms/ lecture halls in the college are equipped with all modern facilities. Placement cell is active and very good placement for students. A cafeteria is good. All labs are well equipped. Library good bunch of books.
