Placement Description:
IIM Lucknow conducts its recruitment process through two processes-
High Entry Placement Program (HEPP) is formulated for candidates with work experience prior to joining IIML. The process extends from beginning of December to beginning of February.
Final placements are tentatively scheduled from first week of February.

Facilities:
​IIM Lucknow stands by its claim of being one of the best institutes of management studies by providing all the requisite facilities. Some of them are tabulated below-
Academic Infrastructure |
The academic buildings are constructed in medieval Indian architectural style with red brick wall texture. All the major buildings in the campus are named in Sanskrit symbolizing the activities conducted in them. The academic blocks (Bodhigrih-1, 2) houses classrooms and seminar halls. The Faculty block (Chintan) houses faculty rooms and Fellowship classrooms. |
Hostels |
Institute offers housing facility for 500 students and 75 faculty. The residential buildings are fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. |
Library |
The Library (Gyanodaya) houses a collection of 40,000 books, 500 periodicals and online subscription to 1600 e-journals and 34 e-databases. It has five reading halls with seating capacity of 250 people. |
Social Infrastructure |
The campus has separate sports fields for Football, Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton etc. A fitness and recreation center (Umang) was set up in 2010, which houses gymnasium, swimming pool. The multipurpose utility hall (Samanjasya) is used to host most of the cultural activities in the campus. |
Other Facilities |
The campus has a health center with residential and visiting doctors available round the clock. The center also has an ambulance to reach associated hospitals. The two guest houses Chanakya and Patanjali has a total of 128 rooms. The campus has a students’ activities complex which houses two banks, a medical shop, a travel agency, a super market, a post office, a saloon, a coffee shop and three restaurants. |
Festivals:
IIML campus life is encompassed by various academic, cultural and extracurricular activities. All such events and programs are organized by student committees. Some notable fests of the institute are following-
Manfest: It is IIM Lucknow's annual management festival held in January. The three-day event hosts many management contests, leadership summits and other inter college quizzes and competitions.
Varchasva: It is a three-day long event held in the end of September every year. It is the annual Cultural and Sports festival of IIM Lucknow.

What is the Eligibility of Admission?
The candidate must hold a Bachelor's Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA 45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) (It may also referred to as Persons with Disability (PWD) category). For admission Candidate must be conducted CAT exam with good score.
