About College
Babu Banarasi Das University is a state privately owned self-financed university that was established in 2010 in Lucknow. It is the most emerging Higher Education Institution of India that focuses on sharpening the soft skills of the students and make them ready for the competitive arena. UGC recognized university offer management and technical courses that are approved by AICTE. Dr. Akhilesh Das Stadium, of the Babu Banarasi Das University, is a multi-purpose stadium that is regularly used for Ranji Trophy cricket matches every year.
The eco-friendly lush green campus of the university is on 500 acres at the Faizabad Road, Lucknow. It has its own community radio called BBD FM at 90.8 MHz frequency to educate, sensitize and share knowledge with students and community. They also have an anti-ragging committee to help new students especially.
