Sikkim University, Gangtok was set up by the Act of 2006 of Parliament of India. It is a Central university headquartered at Gangtok. Its jurisdiction covers the entire state of Sikkim with 11 Degree colleges affiliated to the university. The university offers Integrated courses (For XII passed), MA/MSc/MCom/Med/MBA (For Graduates) and MPhil/PhD (For Postgraduates).

What is the eligibility Criteria for admission?
Admission in Sikkim Universtiy Candidate Must be passed 10+2 or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate with English as a subject. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.
