Refund Policy of Shridhar University

• In the cases when the student withdraws admission before starting the class, total fee (except the registration fees) shall be refunded.
• When a student withdraws after the beginning of the classes, then the fees shall be refunded proportionally if the vacated seat is filled by another admission. In the events when there will be no admission against the particular seat, semester fees shall not be refunded.
• Processing Fee would not be refunded by Shridhar University
• All the refunds shall be processed by ShridharUniversity’s Finance Officer on getting the approval via the President on the basis of the recommendation of the Director of Admission. All the requisitions for the withdrawals are supposed to be made in the form of a prescribed application which is available at the office. The Refund shall be done once the candidate surrenders his original fee receipt and ID card. The No Dues certificate shall be paid after ninety days from the receipt date of the certificate of Due clearance.

Shridhar University provides best scholarships in amount which may vary from 5% to 70% of the fees of the semester so that 50% or more enrolled students of many diplomae& undergraduate programmes may be benefitted.
